Dog Chef Loyalty Program

With the Dog Chef Loyalty Program, you earn PAWS with every order and through various actions.

You can then redeem these points for exciting rewards, such as free products, discount vouchers, and other surprises 🐾

Your PAWS balance is always visible in your Dog Chef account under the "Loyalty" tab.

There are several ways to collect PAWS.

💳 With your orders

• Earn 3 PAWS for every €1 spent on subscription orders (excluding delivery fees).

➕ By adding extras

• Earn 1 extra PAW for every €1 spent when your order contains at least one extra product.

🔄 With automatic payments

• Earn 1 extra PAW for every €1 spent when your order is paid automatically.

🎉 Earn extra PAWS through special actions

• In addition to your orders, you can earn one-time bonuses by completing certain actions.

For example:

• Purchase a Booster → +4,000 PAWS

• Purchase a Snack → +1,500 PAWS

• Purchase two Boosters in a single order → +10,000 PAWS

• Purchase three Snacks in a single order → +5,000 PAWS

• Refer two friends using your personal referral code → +10,000 PAWS

• Be a customer of both Dog Chef and Cat Chef → +5,000 PAWS

• Reach 5 orders → +3,000 PAWS

• Reach 10 orders → +5,000 PAWS

⏳ Newly earned PAWS may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.

Available actions may be updated or expanded over time.

Your PAWS can be redeemed for various rewards.

Some examples:

• 2,500 PAWS = Free Cuddly Sausage

• 3,000 PAWS = Free Sheepy Mini

• 3,500 PAWS = €5 discount voucher

• 6,000 PAWS = €10 discount voucher

• 7,500 PAWS = Hair & Skin Booster

All available rewards can be found in the "Loyalty" section of your account.

Yes. PAWS remain valid for 1 year from the date they are earned.

Only one discount voucher can be used per order.

However, a discount voucher can be combined with a free product redeemed using your PAWS.

If an order is cancelled, the PAWS earned from that order will automatically be deducted from your balance.

No. PAWS are personal, non-transferable, and can only be used by the account that earned them.

You are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program as soon as you have a Dog Chef account and place an order.

No additional registration is required.

• check your PAWS balance;

• discover available rewards;

• view additional actions that allow you to earn even more PAWS.
