How can I modify my Dog Chef subscription?

When you place your first order, a Dog Chef subscription is automatically activated.

Our subscription is completely flexible and can be adjusted at any time to suit your dog's needs.

Where can I manage my subscription?

Go to the "My Subscription" section of your Dog Chef account.

From this page, you can:

My Family

• add a dog;

• update a dog's information;

• remove a dog from your subscription;

• view the recommended daily portion.

Plan

• change your plan.

You can choose between three plans:

• 100% Fresh Meals;

• Mixed Plan (Fresh Meals & Kibble);

• Kibble.

Delivery Frequency

• adjust your delivery frequency.

You can choose to receive a delivery every 1 to 12 weeks, depending on what best suits your needs.

Delivery Options

• update your delivery address;

• change your default delivery day.

Meals

• modify your recipes;

• adjust your dog's daily portion.

Depending on your chosen plan, you can modify your fresh meal recipes and/or your kibble selection.

Extras

• add or remove boosters;

• add or remove treats;

• manage other available extras.

Manage Your Subscription

• pause your subscription;

• cancel your subscription.

💡 Any changes made in the "My Subscription" section will automatically be applied to your future deliveries.

📩 Before each delivery, you will also receive a reminder email allowing you to review and, if necessary, modify your next order.
