How do I view my orders and explanatory sheet?

Find out where to view your upcoming and previous Dog Chef orders, what information is available for each delivery, and how to access your explanatory sheet containing your dog’s daily food portion, recipe ingredients and storage instructions.

View my next order

  1. Log in to your Dog Chef account.

  2. Click “My Orders” in the menu at the top of the page.

  3. Open the “Next Orders” tab.

For each upcoming delivery, you can find the following information:

  • Delivery date and order number: the scheduled delivery date and the corresponding order number.

  • Meals per dog: the recipes, quantities and daily portions.

  • Extras: the additional products included in your order. You can also add products by clicking “Add extras”.

  • Delivery details: the delivery address, delivery day, time slot and phone number.

  • Your box contains: the number of days of fresh food included in your box, the delivery costs and the total amount.

  • Modification deadline: the last date on which you can still modify your delivery.

Would you like to change your order? Click “View / Edit”.

If your order has already been paid for or confirmed, you can no longer modify it yourself. In that case, please contact our customer service team via the chat.

View my previous orders

  1. Go to “My Orders”.

  2. Open the “Past Orders” tab.

  3. Under “History”, find the order you want to consult and click “Details”.

You can find the following information:

  • the customer details and shipping date;

  • the delivery address, delivery date and time slot;

  • the delivery frequency of your Dog Chef box;

  • the meals ordered for each dog and any extras;

  • the delivery costs and total amount.

Would you like to keep a copy of your order? Click “Print”.

View my explanatory sheet

An explanatory sheet is available for each order. You can access it via:

My Orders → Past Orders → Details → Explanatory sheet

The sheet contains important information about your dog’s food:

  • Daily food portion: the recommended amount for your dog in grams and kcal, including the quantity to serve per meal.

  • Contents of your box: the recipes, number of sausages and their weight.

  • Meal composition: the ingredients and analytical constituents of the recipes.

  • Storage instructions: how long you can keep the meals in the refrigerator or freezer.

  • Batch number: where to find the batch number on the metal clip of the sausage.

You can use these sections to easily access your order history and find all the important information about your deliveries and your dog’s food.
