You have two options to change your delivery address.
⚠️ Attention: If your next delivery has already been paid for or confirmed by email, it can no longer be modified. However, you can contact our customer service team, who will check with the carrier to see if a solution is possible.
Option 1: Change only your next delivery
Go to the "My Orders" tab in your Dog Chef account.
Find the relevant order and click on "View / Modify" on the right side of the screen, under the address and delivery time.
In the "Deliveries and Payment" section, click "Modify" next to "Address".
To update a detail of your current address, click "Update address", enter your change, and click "Confirm".
To add a new address, check "New delivery address" and click "Confirm".Click "Confirm", and you're all set! ✅
Option 2: Change the address for all future deliveries or change the delivery country
Log into your Dog Chef account.
In the "My Subscription" section, click "Modify my delivery option".
Select the destination country for the delivery.
Choose the delivery day and time slot that suit you best, then follow the steps.
Click "Next", then confirm.
⚠️This change will automatically apply to all your future orders.
