To change your delivery address, you can follow the steps described below.
Please remember that if your next delivery has already been paid for or confirmed by email, it can no longer be changed. However, you can already change the delivery address for future deliveries.
Log in to your Dog Chef account
Go to the tab "Deliveries".
Go under the order you want to change and on the right side of the screen, under the delivery address and delivery time, click on the "View / Edit" button
In the "Delivery confirmation" section, click on the " Change " button next to " Address ".
If you wish to change any details of your current address, click on " Update address "; enter your change and click on " Confirm ".
If you want to add a brand new address, select "New delivery address" and click "Confirm". Enter the postcode of your new delivery address and click on "Confirm". Enter the correct delivery address and, if necessary, add a comment for the delivery person to make the delivery easier.
You can also provide a neighbour's address for the delivery if you are not at home, as well as your mobile phone number to receive information on the status of your delivery or to contact you in case of problems.
Click on "Confirm".
