When you place your first order, it will automatically start a subscription. But note that this is completely flexible: from your Dog Chef account, you can cancel it at any time, adapt the content of your orders, move your deliveries according to your needs...
The advantage of the subscription is that it allows you to :
never run out of meals; and
to benefit from a 10% discount on all meals, whether you give fresh meals or Dog Chef kibbles to your dog;
to benefit from a 5% reduction if you give fresh Dog Chef with kibbles from another brand.

You will also receive an email before your delivery, so you still have time to adapt/cancel your order. Please be aware that this email sometimes gets spammed, so be alert and add our email address to your address book to avoid this.
Payments by credit card and domiciliation are automatically debited from your account. However, any automatic payment (by credit card or by domiciliation) can be desactivated on your Dog Chef Account, under the tab "My Data".
