Managing Your Subscription and Orders

When you place your first order, a Dog Chef subscription is automatically activated. 🐾

Our subscription is fully flexible and designed to ensure that your dog never runs out of meals.

💡 In addition, customers on a 100% Fresh Plan benefit from a 10% discount on all meals.

📦 My Subscription

Go to the "My Subscription" tab if you would like to make permanent changes to your subscription.

Here, you can:

• change your plan;

• adjust your recipes and quantities;

• modify your delivery frequency;

• update your delivery details;

• add extras;

• pause or cancel your subscription.

Any changes made here will also apply to your future orders.

📅 My Orders

Go to the "My Orders" tab if you only want to modify your next delivery.

From this page, you can for example:

• add or remove meals;

• adjust quantities;

• add extras;

• change your delivery address;

• select a different delivery date;

• postpone your order.

This is ideal if you only want to modify a single delivery without changing your entire subscription.

📩 A reminder email before every delivery

Before each delivery, you will receive an email allowing you to review and modify your order if needed.
