You can easily manage your subscription at any time through your Dog Chef account by going to the "My Subscription" tab. Our subscription is designed to be flexible and meet your specific needs. 🐾

When you place your first order, a subscription is automatically activated. You can cancel, pause, modify the content of your orders, or reschedule your deliveries according to your preferences.

The benefits of the subscription include ensuring that you never run out of meals for your pet and a 10% discount on all meals if you are a 100% Dog Chef subscriber.

Before each delivery, you will receive an email allowing you to review, adjust, or cancel your order if needed. Make sure to regularly check your spam folder to avoid missing these notifications and add our email address to your address book to prevent any reception issues.

Please note that any orders already paid or confirmed before cancelling or pausing your subscription cannot be canceled and will be shipped as planned.
