If you are in Belgium, the Netherlands or Germany, we invite you to contact our customer service via the window at the bottom right of your screen and to directly provide your email address; this will facilitate and accelerate our processing of your problem.

If you are in France (delivery managed by Chronofresh), you can track your package online:

  • by clicking on the link in the email titled “Your Dog Chef order #... has been shipped”; where

  • by clicking on the tracking button for your package found on the home page of your Dog Chef Account (or in the history tab).

    You can also call Chronofresh at 09.69.320.311 and give them your parcel number (indicated in the email mentioned above, or on your Dog Chef Account).
