Dog Chef daily portions are calculated using a nutritional model developed in collaboration with our veterinarians.
The goal is simple: to provide every dog with a feeding plan tailored to their individual needs. 🐾
When calculating the recommended daily portion, we take several factors into account, including:
• your dog's sex;
• breed;
• age;
• activity level;
• neutered/spayed status;
• weight and body condition;
• any known allergies or medical conditions.
Based on this information, our system automatically calculates the recommended daily portion for your companion.
🐶 Already a Dog Chef customer?
Your dog's information can be updated at any time through your Dog Chef account.
To check whether the recommended portions still match your dog's needs:
• go to the "My Subscription" tab;
• click "Edit" next to your dog's name;
• verify that all your dog's information is still accurate (age, weight, activity level, neutering status, etc.).
If any information has changed, simply update it.
💡 The recommended portions will then be automatically recalculated based on the updated information.
