How do I add a discount code to my next subscription delivery?

Would you like to add a discount code to your next order? You can easily do so through your Dog Chef account. 🐾

Please note: if your next delivery has already been paid for or confirmed by email, it can no longer be modified.

To add a discount code:

  1. Go to "My Orders" in your Dog Chef account.

  2. Click "Pay Now" for your upcoming order.

  3. You will be redirected to the "Delivery & Payment" page.

  4. Click "Add Coupon".

  5. Enter your discount code (preferably in capital letters).

  6. Click "Confirm".

Your discount will be automatically applied to your order. 😊

💡 Can't see the "Add Coupon" option? Your delivery has probably already been paid for or confirmed, and can therefore no longer be modified.
