How do I add/remove a pet profile in my account?

To add a new dog to your subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Dog Chef account.

  2. Go to the "My Subscription" tab.

  3. In the "My Family" section, click on "Add a new dog".

  4. Fill in your dog’s information, choose their menu, and you’re all set ✨

🗑️ How can I remove a dog from my account?

  1. Log in to your Dog Chef account.

  2. Go to the "My Subscription" tab.

  3. In the "My Family" section, click on "Unsubscribe" next to the dog you would like to remove.

💰 Special pricing for multiple dogs

We understand that feeding multiple dogs while staying within budget can be challenging. That’s why you automatically benefit from a more advantageous price on your orders as soon as you add a second dog to your account and have an active subscription linked to it.

⚠️ No active subscription?

It is also possible to add extra dogs to your account without an active subscription. In that case, the automatic multi-dog discount will not be applied.

🍽️ Choosing a different meal plan

You can choose the same plan as for your first dog (fresh plan, mixed plan or kibble plan).

If you would like a different plan for your new dog, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service via email at [email protected] or through the chat on our website. We’ll be happy to help 💪

⚠️ Final notes

🐶 When you add a new dog to your subscription, it is not possible to request a new trial box (and the associated discount) for your furry friend 😉

📧 It is not possible to create a new user account using the same email address already linked to your first dog.

📜 Our Terms and Conditions do not allow the creation of multiple customer accounts using different email addresses in order to benefit from multiple trial boxes.
