💳 Which payment methods are available?
At Dog Chef, you can choose between manual payment for each order or automatic payment, so your deliveries can continue smoothly and without interruption ✨
🖱️ Manual payment
Log in to your Dog Chef account and go to the "My orders" tab.
Click on "Pay now" to be redirected to the "Delivery and Payment" section.
Choose your desired option and click on "Pay now".
🔄 Automatic payment
With a credit card
Add your credit card in your profile under "My Details" and activate automatic payments.
With a debit card
First, make a manual payment using the card you would like to use.
Once the payment has been successfully processed, you will find this payment method in your profile under "My Details", where you can activate automatic payments.
Automatic payments by credit card or direct debit are debited before each delivery. You can deactivate them at any time through your Dog Chef account in your profile under "My Data".
❌ Unavailable payment methods
We do not accept payments by bank transfer or cheque.
