💡 Why do we add vitamins and minerals directly to our meals?
Following requests from many customers and our partner veterinarians, we now add vitamins and minerals directly into our recipes:
⏱️ for greater convenience and less preparation time;
👩⚕️ to avoid supplements being forgotten during meal preparation;
🌍 to reduce plastic waste, making it better for the planet;
🐶 and because some dogs only eat their meals when everything is already well mixed together.
❄️🔥 Freeze, thaw and warm without worries
You can safely freeze, thaw and warm up Dog Chef fresh meals without worrying about the loss of essential vitamins or minerals.
🍽️ There are two ways to warm up the meals:
⚡ In the microwave
Place the meal in a microwave-safe container and heat it for 15 to 20 seconds, until it is lukewarm.
⚠️ Warning: never place the entire sausage packaging with the metal clips in the microwave for safety reasons.
💧 Using a bain-marie
Place the meal in hot water for at least 1 minute.
⚠️ Important: add the boosters just before serving to best preserve their nutrients.
