How can I change my Dog Chef plan?

Nothing could be easier! 🐾

To change your plan, log in to your Dog Chef account and go to the "My Subscription" tab.

Under the "Plan" section, click on "Edit Plan".

From there, you can easily switch to a different plan.

💡 Your delivery frequency and default recipes will be automatically updated based on your new plan.

⚠️ We do recommend checking your next delivery afterwards via the "My Orders" tab. This allows you to make sure that the recipes, quantities, and products still match your preferences.

🐶 Do you have multiple dogs?

You can choose the same plan for all of your dogs (100% Fresh, Mixed Plan, or 100% Kibble).

⚠️ During the trial order, it is not possible to select different plans for each dog. All dogs included in the same trial order will therefore receive the same plan.

Would you like to use a different plan for one or more of your dogs after your trial order? No problem!

⚠️ This cannot currently be changed directly through your Dog Chef account. After your trial order, feel free to contact our customer service team at [email protected] or via the chat on dogchef.com.

We can then set up different plans for your dogs behind the scenes.
