Yes, you can pause your subscription! This is very convenient if you are going on vacation, if you still have food left, etc.
How to pause your subscription ⏸️
Log in to your Dog Chef account.
Go to the "My Subscription" tab.
At the bottom of the "My Subscription" section, click on "Pause subscription".
Choose the date on which you would like your subscription to resume.
Click "Confirm" and you're all set ✨
✨ Your subscription will then be paused until the selected resumption date.
⚠️ Important: the pause starts immediately once it is activated.
It is therefore not possible to schedule a pause for a future date.
⚠️ Please note: all orders that have already been paid for or confirmed will still be processed and shipped as planned.
