Yes, you can pause your subscription, which is very convenient if you are going on vacation, if you still have food left, etc. Here are the steps to follow:
Log in to your Dog Chef account.
Go to the "My Subscription" tab.
At the bottom of the "My Subscription" section, click on "Pause subscription".
You just need to choose a date for when the subscription will resume, press the "Confirm" button, and you're all set! If you wish to advance the resumption date and it is not in the proposed calendar, please contact customer service via chat, who will be happy to make the necessary arrangements.
Please note that all orders that have already been paid for or confirmed will be processed and shipped as planned.
