The meals arrive at your home fresh (not frozen). They are transported either in refrigerated vans or in specially designed insulated boxes. The cold chain is maintained throughout the delivery.

Please make sure to continue respecting the cold chain once the meals are delivered to your home!

For your information, after delivery, the meals can be kept for 7 days in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer. If you receive an order for more than 7 days, we therefore advise you to freeze part of the order. Once defrosted or opened, the meals should be kept for a maximum of 3 days in the refrigerator.
