Dog Chef fresh meals are never delivered frozen. They are transported in refrigerated vehicles or specially designed insulated packaging to ensure the cold chain is maintained throughout the entire delivery process.

Once the meals have been delivered, it is important to store them correctly to preserve their freshness and quality.
🧊 Meal storage guidelines
• up to 7 days in the refrigerator;
• up to 10 months in the freezer.
Receiving an order for more than 7 days? In that case, we recommend freezing part of the meals immediately.
📦 Once opened or thawed
After opening or thawing, the meals can still be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
