You can cancel your Dog Chef subscription at any time. 🐾
Before doing so, it may be helpful to know that you have other options available:
Postpone a delivery
You can easily move your next delivery to a date that suits you better. This allows you to keep your subscription active and continue enjoying its benefits.
Pause your subscription
Don't need a delivery for a while? You can pause your subscription and reactivate it whenever you're ready.
Order without a subscription
After cancelling your subscription, you can still place one-time orders through the shop available in your Dog Chef account.
💡 Please note that prices in the shop are slightly higher than subscriber prices.
Cancel your subscription
Would you still like to cancel your subscription?
Go to the “My subscription” tab in your Dog Chef account.
Then scroll down and click on “Cancel subscription”.
👉 Please note: your subscription is not cancelled immediately. A screen will first appear asking you to select a reason for cancelling.
Select the reason that best matches your situation and click “Next”. Then follow the steps provided to complete the cancellation of your subscription.
Important: make sure you complete all the steps until you receive confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.
⚠️ Any orders that were already confirmed before the cancellation of your subscription will still be delivered as planned.
