For these reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns of food products once they have been delivered.

Fortunately, there are several ways to make another pet happy.

• ❤️ Donate the products to an animal shelter or rescue organisation. This helps animals in need while also reducing food waste. 🌍
✨ This way, the products can still be put to good use and may bring joy to another pet.
