To change the day and/or time frame of your delivery, you can follow the steps below. 🚚
Please note: that if your next delivery has already been paid or confirmed by email, it cannot be changed. However, you can contact our customer service team, who will check with the carrier to see if a solution is possible. You can already change the day and/or time slot for future deliveries.
Steps :
Log in to your Dog Chef account
Go to the tab "My orders".
Go to the delivery you want to change and on the right-hand side of the screen, under the delivery address and time, click on the "View / Edit" button
In the "Delivery confirmation" section, click on the "Change" button next to "Date & timeframe".
Choose the delivery day and time slot which suits you best. Click on "Confirm".
That's it!
If you want to change the delivery day for all your future orders, go to the "My Subscription" section and click on "Modify delivery option".
