How do I change the day and/or time frame of my delivery?

To change the day and/or time frame of your delivery, you can follow the steps below. 🚚

Dog Chef customers can easily make changes to the delivery date or time window for their orders. Below is a detailed guide to help you successfully update your delivery preferences, including key points to consider and common questions.

⚠️ Important: If your next delivery has already been paid for or confirmed by email, it can no longer be modified through your Dog Chef account.

Depending on the carrier, you may still be able to modify or cancel the delivery yourself. If this is not possible, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We will then check with the carrier to see what options may still be available.

Steps :

  1. Log in to your Dog Chef account

  2. Go to the tab "My Orders".

  3. Locate the delivery you want to modify and click the "View/Edit" button next to the delivery details.

  4. Under the "Deliveries and Payment" section, select the "Edit" button next to the delivery date and/or time slot.

  5. Choose a new delivery date and time window according to your preference.

  6. Confirm your changes by clicking the "Confirm" button.

  7. Once completed, Dog Chef will send you a confirmation email with all the revised details.

If you want to change the delivery day for all your future orders, go to the "My Subscription" section and click on "Modify delivery option".

Important Notes:

  • Delivery windows will typically remain consistent. If you reschedule a delivery date, the specified time slot (e.g., 8 AM to 1 PM) will not change unless explicitly updated.

  • If the current delivery cannot be edited, always review payment and email confirmation status. Please contact us if you have any questions. 🐾
