How do I change the day and/or time frame of my delivery?

To change the day and/or time frame of your delivery, you can follow the steps below.

Please note that if your next delivery has already been payed or confirmed by email, it cannot be changed. However, you can already change the day and/or time slot for future deliveries.

Steps :

  1. Log in to your Dog Chef account

  2. Go to the tab "Deliveries".

  3. Go to the delivery you want to change and on the right-hand side of the screen, under the delivery address and time, click on the "View / Edit" button

  4. In the "Delivery confirmation" section, click on the " Change " button next to "Date & timeframe".

  5. Choose the delivery day and time slot which suits you best. Click on "Confirm".

  6. That's it!
