We recommend you to postpone your next delivery via your Dog Chef Account.
To change the day and/or time slot of your delivery, you can either watch the video or follow the steps below.
Please note that if your next delivery has already been paid for or confirmed by email, it can no longer be changed. However, you can already change the day and/or time slot for subsequent deliveries.
Log in to your Dog Chef account
Go to the tab "Deliveries"
Go to the delivery you want to modify and on the rigth side of the screen, under the delivery address and time, click on the "View / Edit" button
In the "Delivery confirmation" section, click on the " Change " button next to " Date & timeframe".
Choose the delivery day and time slot that suits you. Click on "Confirm".
