Postpone your next delivery via your Dog Chef Account. 🗓️
Pause your subscription. ⏸️
⚠️ Please note: If your next delivery has already been paid for or confirmed via email, it can no longer be modified or put in pauze.
🗓️To postpone your next delivery🗓️
You can easily change the date and/or time slot of your delivery by following the steps below.
Steps to follow:
Log in to your Dog Chef account.
Go to the « My orders» tab.
On the right side of the screen, under the delivery address, click « View/Modify ».
In the « Deliveries and Payment » section, click « Modify » next to « Delivery date and time slot ».
Choose a new date and time slot, then click « Confirm ».
And that’s it! Your delivery has been updated.
⏸️To pause your subscription⏸️
Log in to your Dog Chef account.
Go to the « My Subscription » tab.
Scroll down and click on « Pause subscription ».
Choose a resume date, then click « Confirm ».
