We recommend one of the following options:

⏸️ Pause your subscription
📉 Reduce the quantities in your next order
⚠️ Important: If your next delivery has already been paid for or confirmed by email, it can no longer be modified or paused through your Dog Chef account.
Depending on the carrier, you may still be able to modify or cancel the delivery yourself. If this is not possible, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We will then check with the carrier to see what options may still be available.
🗓️ Postpone your next delivery
You can easily change the date and/or delivery time slot of your next delivery by following the steps below.
Steps:
• Log in to your Dog Chef account.
• Go to the "My Orders" tab.
• Click "View / Edit" next to the relevant order.
• Under "Delivery & Payment", click "Edit" next to "Delivery Date & Time Slot".
• Select a new delivery date and time slot.
• Click "Confirm".
That's it! Your delivery has now been updated. 🐾
⏸️ Pause your subscription
Steps:
• Log in to your Dog Chef account.
• Go to the "My Subscription" tab.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Pause Subscription".
• Choose a restart date.
• Click "Confirm".
📉 Reduce the quantities in your next order
You can also reduce the quantities in your next order to help use up your current stock before receiving more food.
Steps:
• Log in to your Dog Chef account.
• Go to the "My Orders" tab.
• Click "View / Edit" on your next order.
• Click "Edit Fresh Meals" and/or "Edit Kibble".
• Adjust the quantities according to your needs.
• Confirm your changes.
💡 If necessary, you can also apply these changes to future orders that have already been scheduled.
⚠️ Important: If you order less than the recommended quantity for your selected plan, this may affect your subscription discount. If your order no longer corresponds to a 100% Dog Chef Plan, the associated discount will no longer apply.
