I still have a lot of Dog Chef food and you are about to deliver me soon, what should I do?

In this case, we advise you to:

(i) Either postpone your next delivery via your Dog Chef Account.

(ii) Or pause your subscription.

(i) To postpone your next delivery:

To change the day and/or time slot of your delivery, you can follow the steps below.

Please note that if your next delivery has already been paid for or confirmed by email, it can no longer be changed. However, you can already change the day and/or time slot for subsequent deliveries.

Steps :

  1. Log in to your Dog Chef account

  2. Go to the tab "Deliveries"

  3. Go to the delivery you want to modify and on the rigth side of the screen, under the delivery address and time, click on the "View / Edit" button

  4. In the "Delivery confirmation" section, click on the " Change " button next to " Date & timeframe".

  5. Choose the delivery day and time slot that suits you. Click on "Confirm".

  6. That's it!

(ii) To pause your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Dog Chef account.

  2. Go to the "My Subscription" tab.

  3. At the bottom of the "My Subscription" section, click on "Pause subscription".

  4. Simply choose a date when the subscription will resume, press the "Confirm" button, and you're all set! If you want to advance the resumption date and it's not in the proposed calendar, please contact customer service via the chat, who will be happy to assist you.
