You can stop your Dog Chef subscription at any time by following the steps below.
But first, it’s very important to know that:
if you wish, after stopping the subscription, you can continue to place occasional orders without a subscription through a webshop that will be in your client account (at a slightly higher price than for subscribers).
you can also keep your subscription but postpone your delivery dates whenever it suits you (in order to continue benefiting from the permanent discount associated with the subscription).
you can also put your subscription on hold, so that you can easily resume it whenever you want.
To stop your subscription, go to the “My Subscription” tab on your client account, and at the bottom of the “My Subscription” section, click on “Stop Subscription”.
(Note: please be aware that you may still receive boxes that were confirmed before the subscription was canceled.)
