You can cancel your Dog Chef subscription at any time. 🐾
Before doing so, it may be helpful to know that you have other options available:
📅 Postpone a delivery
You can easily move your next delivery to a date that suits you better. This allows you to keep your subscription active and continue enjoying its benefits.
⏸️ Pause your subscription
Don't need a delivery for a while? You can pause your subscription and reactivate it whenever you're ready.
🛒 Order without a subscription
After cancelling your subscription, you can still place one-time orders through the shop available in your Dog Chef account.
💡 Please note that prices in the shop are slightly higher than subscriber prices.
❌ Cancel your subscription
Would you still like to end your subscription?
Go to the "My Subscription" tab in your Dog Chef account.
At the bottom of the page, click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the steps provided.
⚠️ Important
Any orders that were already confirmed before the cancellation of your subscription will still be delivered as planned.
